The Foundation Course is the entry into Life Alignment’s entire system of healing, designed for your transformational journey and as your next step as a healer.

Learn to work with energy with practical, simple techniques to apply to your everyday life to align body, mind and energy towards your Soul purpose. This powerful, concise yet complete system of techniques and core principles to work with energy can be incorporated in existing healing modalities or be used as a stand-alone therapy. Should you wish to connect more with the system and the community you will be supported with an expanding range of further training, leading to Practitioner and Teacher qualifications. The Foundation Course utilizes two vortex cards, the Seed of Life and the Resonance, that have been energized to help create vortexes or gateways through which energy can be released or received.

During the four-day course you will learn about:

  • Muscle testing & dowsing as a means of gathering information from the body
  • Body Points, Vortex energy centres and Correction points
  • Vortex cards and the principles behind them
  • Basic energy balancing procedures
  • Emotional patterns encoded into the cellular memory
  • Emotional release procedure
  • Working with pain
  • Integration 8 for subtle bodies and chakras

Learning will be primarily experiential with ample opportunity to practice dowsing, muscle testing, finding and balancing body points. No previous experience of dowsing or energy work is necessary. The course fee includes the manual, double sided chart and handouts, cards and resin pendulum, a free supervision session for case-studies
